Our CNC Machining Centers

Single part and small series production

HERMLE C 30 UP

This CNC machining center embodies precision and flexibility. With a traverse range of 650 mm(X-Axis), 600 mm (Y-Axis), 500 mm (Z-Axis), a swivel range of -30o to +115o (A-Axis), and an endless rotation of the C-axis (360o), it is perfect for simultaneous 5-axis machining. Equipped with the PW160 pallet changer, this machine enables efficient workpiece handling and minimal downtime. The automation is completed by an articulated arm robot, which ensures continuous production and maximum productivity.

HERMLE U 740

This CNC machining center impresses with its precision and efficiency in 5-axis machining. With travel distances of 915 mm (X-Axis), 500 mm (Y-Axis), 500 mm (Z-Axis), a swivel range of the B-Axis from -30o bis +95o , and an endlessly rotating C-Axis (360o), it is ideal for complex machining tasks. Equipped with the LANG Eco-Compact 20-fold, the combination guarantees fast and reliable workpiece handling, which reduces downtime and maximizes productivity.

HERMLE B 300

The CNC machining center offers precise and reliable performance with travel distances of 800 mm (X-Axis), 600 mm (Y-Axis), 500 mm (Z-Axis). Automation by an articulated arm robot enables smooth material flow, shortens set-up times, and increases productivity. This combination makes the machine the ideal solution for efficient and precise production processes.

ALZMETALL GS 650/5-T

This CNC machining center combines precision and cutting performance for demanding 5-axis machining. With travel distances of 650 mm (X-Axis), 650 mm (Y-Axis),
500 mm (Z-Axis), an A-Axis swivel range of +/-120o , and an endlessly rotating C-Axis (360o), it is perfect for 5-axis simultaneous machining tasks.

QUASER MV 184 P

With travel distances of 1020 mm (X-Axis), 610 mm (Y-Axis), 610 mm (Z-Axis), this CNC machining center combines maximum cutting performance with high precision for complex machining tasks. The combination of the machine's stable construction and modern technology means that this machining center guarantees maximum efficiency and quality in production.

JUNG HF-50

In our machinery, we rely on the Jung HF-50 surface grinding machine. This machine, with a grinding length of 500 mm and grinding width of 200 mm, is ideal for precise surface processing. This high-quality machine enables us to plan workpieces with maximum precision and achieve the finest surface qualities.

Mopa Fiber Laser

Our fiber laser expands SGS Feinwerktechnik's machinery with versatile technology for material processing. With this advanced laser technology, we can realize the finest engravings, markings, and lettering on a wide variety of materials - metals to plastics. The adjustable pulse width of the MOPA laser enables particularly high-contrast markings, even on sensitive or coated surfaces.

Medium and large-scale production

CHIRON DZ08

The CHIRON DZ08 is a fully simultaneous 5-axis CNC machining center with a double spindle, offering exceptional production efficiency. With a traverse path of 350 mm (X-Axis),
250 mm (Y-Axis), 250 mm (Z-Axis), a swivel range of ±120o in the A-Axis, and an endless rotation of the C-axis (360o), this workhorse enables full 5-axis simultaneous machining. The double spindle technology allows two workpieces to be machined in parallel with an axis distance of 200 mm, significantly reducing lead time and maximizing productivity.

High-Precision Production

MIKRON HSM 400U LP

The MIKRON HSM 400U LP CNC machining center offers maximum precision in simultaneous machining. This machine is equipped with a traverse range of 500 mm (X-Axis), 272 mm (Y-Axis), Z 360 mm (Z-Axis), ±110o swivel range in the B-Axis, and an endless rotation of the C-Axis (360o). With its HSK40 high-frequency spindle and 42,000 RPM, even the smallest tools can be operated efficiently. Equipped with an 18-position pallet changer, this machine ensures shorter set-up times and high production capacity.

ZEISS Prismo 7

Our coordinate measuring machine (CMM), offers maximum precision and reliability for quality assurance in all areas of production. With a measuring range of 900 mm (X-Axis), 1200 mm (Y-Axis), 700 mm (Z-Axis), it enables the precise measurement of complex workpieces and components. Thanks to its innovative technology and robust design, this measuring machine guarantees exact results and warrants the highest quality standards in production.

We use state-of-the-art measuring technology to ensure the highest precision and quality in production. Our measuring technology includes:

  • Carl Zeiss Dual Coordinate Measuring Machine ZKM 01-250C: This high-precision measuring system enables the exact coordinate measurements of workpieces and thus contributes to quality assurance.
  • Swift Duo Optical Measuring Device: With this optical measuring solution, we can carry out precise length and shape measurements without direct contact, which is particularly ideal for sensitive surfaces.
  • Surface Measuring Device Mahr: This device offers an excellent solution for quality assurance to accurately determine the surface structure and roughness of workpieces.
  • Zeiss Stereomicroscope Stemi DV4: With this microscope, we obtain high-resolution images of components that enable detailed inspection and analysis.
  • All common work floor measuring equipment: We use a wide range of common measuring equipment to be able to carry out manual measurements with maximum accuracy.
